Neuro-orthopedic pneumosuit (NOPS) Atlant is used in physical rehabilitation of patients with cerebral palsy, stroke, brain injury, scoliosis, multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions that affect body posture and movement.
NOPS Atlant creates a muscle framework by dynamic proprioceptive stimulation, stabilizing the trunk and the extremities, reducing pathological synergies and normalizing patient’s motor activity.
The device consists of a coverall, head position regulator and loading system. Pneumatic chambers of the loading system are located on the coverall and expand under air pressure thus creating mechanical corset of the body and limb segments. This ensures physiologically correct body position during verticalization and overall improves body balance, symmetry of movements and gait pattern, as well as increases muscle strength and influences muscle tone.

- Acute infectious diseases
- Respiratory diseases and other diseases relapse at the time
NOPS Atlant is easy to maintain and take care of.
The suit can be put on in standing or lying position.
NOPS Atlant is manufactured in two versions:
Atlant – Suit with head position regulator (necessary when patient cannot fixate his/ her head).
Atlant Lite – Simpler and cheaper version of Atlant suit without head position regulator. Available in kids’ sizes. Meant for individual use in home setting.
Proper suit size is determined by patient’s height and chest circumference.
