Before coming in for treatment, please acquaint yourself with patient’s rights and responsibilities.
When coming in for treatment, make sure you have the following:
For medical specialist appointment:
- Tervisekassa financing:
– Referral letter from a family physician or medical specialist.
– Please be aware that standard appointment fee is 5 euros. Appointment fees are not charged for children under the age of 2.
- The prices for appointments with extra charge are stated by our price list. You can pay for services in cash or by credit/ debit card.
For rehabilitation service:
For drafting of a personal rehabilitation plan make sure you have the following:
- Referral letter from Estonian National Social Insurance Board
- Parent’s/ caregiver’s identity document for child/ adolescent under the age of 18
- Previous rehabilitation plan in case of recurrent drafting
- Copy of information of health problems from a specialist or family doctor
For medical services:
- Referral letter from Estonian National Social Insurance Board
- Valid rehabilitation plan
- Sportswear for physical therapy procedures
