    If you have any complaints about our services, please feel free to contact us. You can do this by filling the underlying form or by sending e-mail to adeli@adeli.ee . We will provide a response within 10 working days. Complex complaints may take longer and in this case we will keep you informed.

    Anonymous complaints will not be processed.
