Appointment fees are not charged for children under the age of 2.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">The prices for appointments with extra charge are stated by our price list. You can pay for services in cash or by credit\/ debit card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><b>For rehabilitation service:<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><b>For drafting of a personal rehabilitation plan<\/b> make sure you have the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">Referral letter from Estonian National Social Insurance Board<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">Parent&#8217;s\/ caregiver\u2019s identity document for child\/ adolescent under the age of 18<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">Previous rehabilitation plan in case of recurrent drafting<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">Copy of information of health problems from a specialist or family doctor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>For medical services:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">Referral letter from Estonian National Social Insurance Board<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">Valid rehabilitation plan<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">Sportswear for physical therapy procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Before coming in for treatment, please acquaint yourself with patient\u2019s rights and responsibilities.
